All services are offered remotely through online platforms, telephone, email, or other agreed communication methods.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our services.

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

Our services are intended for educational, spiritual, personal growth, and wellness purposes only.

Energy healing, intuitive guidance, spiritual mentoring, and holistic coaching are complementary practices and are not substitutes for:

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or prescribe treatment for any physical, mental, emotional, or medical condition.

Full payment may be required before services are provided.

By purchasing a service, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice, provided that changes will not affect confirmed bookings already paid for.

Clients may reschedule an individual appointment by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled individual session.

Appointments canceled with less than the required notice may be considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in loss of the session fee.

In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, technical issues, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law:

·Completed sessions are non-refundable.

·Digital products, recordings, downloadable materials, and online programs are non-refundable once access has been granted.

·Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

For consumers located within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

If you reside in the European Union, certain consumer protection laws may grant you a right to withdraw from a distance contract within a statutory withdrawal period.

However, where permitted by applicable law, by requesting that services begin immediately, you expressly acknowledge and agree that your withdrawal rights may be reduced or lost once services have been fully performed.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

All content provided through our website, services, programs, materials, recordings, guides, documents, images, branding, text, audio, video content, and educational materials remains the intellectual property of Rise & Shine.

Information shared by clients during private sessions will be treated as confidential and handled with professional discretion.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality, no electronic communication system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We are committed to protecting your personal information.

Personal data is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Sessions may not be recorded by clients without prior written consent.

If we intend to record any session for educational, training, administrative, or service-delivery purposes, your prior consent will be obtained.

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, experiences, personal insights, energetic changes, healing effects, or personal development results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rise & Shine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from:

·Inability to access services;

·Reliance upon information provided;

·Personal decisions made following sessions;

·Technical interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rise & Shine, its owners, contractors, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

·Your use of the services;

·Violation of these Terms;

·Violation of applicable laws;

·Actions taken based on information received during sessions.

We shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including:

·Internet outages;

·Government actions;

·Natural disasters;

·Illness;

·Power failures;

·Technical disruptions;

·Other force majeure events.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply in the consumer's country of residence, those protections shall remain unaffected.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably and in good faith before initiating formal legal proceedings.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rise & Shine concerning the use of our services.
